Compensation:
$120,000 – $220,000 base salary + bonuses, robust benefits package

What You’ll Do
Represent clients in divorce, custody, and complex family law matters
Provide counsel, clarify legal options, and develop case strategies
Draft and review pleadings, motions, and agreements
Advocate for clients in negotiations, mediation, and court
Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and outcomes
What You Bring
Core Skills: Strong legal writing and advocacy (writing sample required), ability to appear in person for court, mediations, or client meetings
Client Dedication: Commitment to client-centered service and delivering compassionate, effective representation
Professional Attributes: Emotional intelligence, openness to feedback, and commitment to growth
Must-Have Qualifications
Licensure: Active WA Bar license in good standing
Experience: 3+ years of family law experience, familiarity with King/Snohomish/Pierce local rules (or ability to learn quickly)
