About the Role
Join Aladdin's Castle Learning Center, Inc. as an Office Administrator, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations in our vibrant learning environment. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic setting and is passionate about supporting early childhood education.

Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations, including scheduling and correspondence.

Assist in maintaining personnel records and training documentation for staff.

Coordinate communication between parents, staff, and external partners.

Oversee inventory management and supply ordering.

Support the new staff orientation process.

Facilitate meetings and prepare necessary materials and reports.

Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and center policies.

Provide excellent customer service to parents and visitors.

Oversee the Texas Rising Star program.

Requirements

Proven experience as an office administrator or similar role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High school diploma; additional qualifications are a plus.

Passion for early childhood education and a positive attitude.

Background check and references required.
