Maintenance Supervisor

What You’ll Do:
Lead and oversee all
maintenance operations
for the community
Manage
make‑readies/unit turns
to ensure timely occupancy
Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff and vendors
Troubleshoot and complete service requests efficiently
Maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
Ensure compliance with
OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
Uphold curb appeal and overall property condition
Participate in
on‑call rotation
for emergency maintenance
What You Bring:
Previous
Multifamily Maintenance Supervisor experience
Strong HVAC knowledge with
EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
Experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a teamReliable transportation and willingness to be on‑call
CPO certification
(or willingness to obtain) preferred
