What You’ll Do
Complete general maintenance and repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair)
Respond to service requests in a timely, professional manner
Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
Prepare apartment homes for new residents (make-readies/turns)
Maintain community grounds, amenities, and building systems
Track and manage maintenance supplies and inventory
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
What You Bring
High school diploma or GED required
2+ years of apartment or related maintenance experience
EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) preferred
Strong knowledge of general maintenance systems and repairs
Ability to troubleshoot and work independently
Basic tools and reliable transportation
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
