Maintain buildings, grounds, and amenities
Complete service requests & apartment turns
Respond to after-hours emergency calls
Maintain inventory of supplies & equipment
Ensure OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing compliance
What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma or GED
Maintenance experience (Multifamily Housing preferred)
HVAC knowledge required; EPA Certification a plus
Skilled in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and general repairs
Pool maintenance experience & CPO Certification is a plus
Reliable transportation & basic tools
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and team
Comfortable with outdoor property walks and physical tasks
