Per Diem Physical Therapist: Independent Patient Care

CHRISTUS Health in Palestine, Texas is seeking a Physical Therapist responsible for assessing, planning, evaluating, and implementing care for patients. This per diem role requires a Doctorate Prof preferred and a Bachelor's degree, alongside state-specific LPT and BLS certifications. The Physical Therapist will independently evaluate patients, set goals, and regularly reassess progress to ensure quality care in adherence with policy. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8AM to 5PM.
