Trainer – Bengaluru, will be an active member of the entire south region and will lead the coordination and execution of Associates, TL Training and L3 on‑boarding activities. Successful candidates will have demonstrated a true hands‑on approach in training need analysis, training facilitation, LMS management, data and report management, and will be an expert in Excel and PowerPoint. Prior experience as a Trainer in Retail, Supply Chain, or E‑commerce organizations is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
Implement network standard training programs for Associates and Team Leaders, conducting needs analysis, skills development classes, cross‑training, and calendar management.
Partner with RLM and operations leaders across all areas to identify training needs and schedule training events to meet production forecasts and labor gaps.
Plan and implement learning initiatives to positively impact key business safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience metrics.
Design and customize training content to meet regional needs and track compliance with these materials.
Analyze and understand data to suggest improvements for training and operations.
On‑board new FT/PT or ALFA associates on the LMS platform for NHO completion and update NHO status every 2 hours.
Track on‑site LBD status, monitor completion and defects, and follow up with AA, Site Ops, TLs, and AMs for coaching completion.
Perform Learning Index audits and daily LC monitoring, taking action as required.
Conduct ILT/VILT for associates on‑demand topics and handle LMS user management.
Collaborate with content developers to drive content creation, updates, and improvements.
Drive adoption of learning initiatives, support learning ambassador certification, and align weekly learning calendars based on business priorities.
Create and share learning index audit reports, route plan creation, and coordinate with operations for refresher training execution.
Manage weekly and monthly calendars and dashboards, and compile daily dive‑deep reports.
Travel to multiple sites for feedback collection and compile learning day end reports.
Basic Qualifications
Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation.
Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using the Training Needs Analysis process, including assessing performance gaps, analyzing learning needs, designing and developing customer‑centric solutions, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs.
