Position Overview
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify, assess, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders within a school-based setting.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), ensuring goals are measurable and aligned with student needs.
Deliver high-quality, in-person speech and language therapy services to students, adapting techniques to support various age groups and developmental levels.
Maintain accurate documentation and track student data to adjust treatment plans and communicate progress effectively to educators and families.
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Florida State Speech Language Pathology (SLP) License and FLDOE Certification
Prior experience with school-based therapy practices
