The Waldorf Astoria Golf Club is an award‑winning, Rees Jones–designed championship golf course offering a refined and challenging playing experience in the heart of the Bonnet Creek resort. The course is directly connected to the Waldorf Astoria Orlando, allowing hotel guests and members seamless access to world‑class golf amenities, personalized service, and an elevated resort experience that reflects the Waldorf Astoria brand’s luxury standards.
Our ideal candidate demonstrates a strong knowledge of golf, assists with daily golf operations, and provides exceptional guest service to ensure a memorable experience. The candidate is passionate about the game and eager to grow and develop within the golf industry.
Shift Pattern:
Must have the flexibility to work a varied schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Pay Range:
Base hourly rate of $15.00, with potential for incremental increases commensurate with PGA status.

What will I be doing?
As an Assistant Golf Professional, you would be responsible for assisting in various aspects of the golf operation including, but not limited to registration, events and tournaments, merchandising, equipment maintenance and rentals, player/outside services, golf-related food and beverage and golf instruction. You will also answer guest/member inquiries and provides detailed and accurate information.
