Location & Compensation
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Job type: Contract
Salary: $67–85 per hour
Work hours: 8 am to 4 pm
Education: Associates
Pay offered will be based on several factors including education, experience, location, and specific job duties.
Responsibilities
Supervise operating workers while implementing innovative measures to enhance efficiency, equipment performance, and product quality.
Analyze operations and collaborate with administrative or technical staff to quickly resolve complex production or processing challenges.
Develop robust production tracking systems and set strict standards to monitor and guarantee top‑tier finished products.
Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, from hiring and training to evaluating staff and resolving personal grievances.
Prepare and meticulously maintain accurate production reports and personnel records to support seamless operations.
