multi-specialty medical center
offering
medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, physical therapy, and chiropractic care-all under one roof.
We're looking for a
Lead Dental Assistant
who is ready to step into a leadership role and help build a strong clinical team from the ground up.
What You'll Do
Lead and support dental assistants in daily clinical operations
Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of procedures
Ensure operatories are fully prepared, stocked, and running efficiently
Maintain sterilization protocols and infection control standards
Help onboard and train new team members
Create and manage dental assistant schedules to ensure proper coverage and efficiency
Track, monitor, and coordinate dental lab cases, including follow-up and organization
Review and manage lab invoices for accuracy and timely processing
Implement and maintain company policies and procedures within the back office
Establish clinical workflows and systems in a new office environment
Support tracking and improvement of key metrics (provider efficiency, room turnaround, clinical productivity)
Collaborate with front office and leadership to ensure a seamless patient experience
What We're Looking For
Dental Assistant experience required;
Lead experience preferred
Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and sterilization standards
Strong leadership, training, and team-building skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and operational responsibilities
Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
Excitement for
