Full-Time or Part-time Clerical Rehab Tech

Schedule: Monday- Friday- Flexible schedule
Wage range of $20-$22 per hour

In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our residents and ensuring the smooth operation of the therapy department. Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with therapy appointments
Collect and maintain necessary documents for resident files
Support resident transportation
Cleaning the Rehab gym
Perform general clerical tasks
Answer telephone calls and handle inquiries
Order and manage supplies
Maintain cleanliness in designated areas
Build strong rapport with residents to create a positive therapy experience
Perform any other tasks as requested by the Program Manager

Qualifications
1. Minimum of high school diploma
2. Some experience preferred in the care and treatment of residents in a healthcare setting.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to understand and follow the directions of licensed professionals.
