Position Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department
Part‑time, 2nd Shift
Location: Elkin, NC, United States
Pay Range: $30.40 – $45.60
Location
The Emergency Department is a 24‑bed unit focused on a team‑based approach to caring for patients of all ages. We average around 24,000+ patient visits per year.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
Apply evidence‑based practice and clinical decision making while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
Qualifications
Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
Registered Nurse license issued by the state where you practice.
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
ACLS, PALS, ASLS, and NIHSS certifications required within 6 months of hire.
1–2 years RN experience preferred.
Compensation
Base compensation listed within the paid range based on factors such as qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and/or training.
Premium pay such as shift, on‑call, and other special pay based on job.
Incentive pay for select positions.
