Pay and Schedule
Hourly Pay $16.33 per hour
Schedule: First Shift Monday‑Friday 6:00 am–2:30 pm

Responsibilities
Package, kit, and/or assemble orders and materials.
Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers; complete all scanning; help train dock employees on new procedures; secure facility at shift end; investigate and resolve scanning issues and housekeeping; perform picking and packing duties; check for product or container damage.
Perform tasks as described in location policies and procedures, handling materials within associated logical transactions.
Perform material moves with associated physical/logical transactions.
Participate in workgroup and other team activities to improve warehouse operations and related business functions.
Perform housekeeping duties for assigned area.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Six months of related warehouse experience required; one year or more is preferred.
Motor vehicle record check: clean driving record and ability to pass Motor Vehicle Check.
Valid Driver's License and meet Ryder's driving qualifications.
Must be comfortable using a computer (e.g., AT&T data entry).
Experience with forklifts and pallet jacks.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
Capability to operate powered industrial truck(s) (stand‑up or sit‑down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks) and maintain equipment.
Operating manual and/or automated packaging line equipment preferred.
Powered industrial truck certification required.
Ability to read, perform basic mathematics, and understand work instructions and safety policies in English.
Ability to input data into the WMS computer system(s).
Work overtime as assigned.
Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all organizational levels (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to operate and self‑driven to excel in a fast‑paced environment.
Multi‑tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices.
