Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
ECC & SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling (FICO) Architect
to lead solution design, implementation, and governance of finance and controlling processes.
This role is critical in
harmonizing global financial operations
and ensuring compliance with U.S. statutory, audit, and regulatory standards, including
FDA, SOX, and IFRS
requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead solution design, configuration, and alignment of
ECC & SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling (FICO)
processes.
Translate global and regional finance, accounting, and cost management requirements into optimized SAP solutions.
Ensure compliance with corporate governance, statutory accounting, and audit standards (
SOX, FDA, IFRS ).
Drive standardization of financial processes across multiple entities and geographies.
Collaborate with business, tax, and audit teams to define control frameworks and financial reporting structures.
Support integration with
Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, and Project Systems
for end-to-end financial visibility.
Coordinate with customer stakeholders and offshore teams for delivery, enhancements, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
12-15 years
of experience in SAP Finance & Controlling, including
S/4HANA Finance
(Central Finance experience preferred).
Strong functional expertise in:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP) / Accounts Receivable (AR)
Asset Accounting
Cost Center & Profit Center Accounting
Product Costing
COPA (Controlling Profitability Analysis)
Deep understanding of financial compliance frameworks (
SOX, FDA, IFRS ).
Experience working in
multi-entity, multi-country environments , preferably within manufacturing or healthcare industries.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA in Finance or Chartered Accountant (CA).
SAP Certification in
S/4HANA Finance or Management Accounting .
Experience with
Central Finance, Group Reporting, or Treasury modules .
Exposure to
multinational SAP rollouts .
