Ability to engage Business leads, lead Business Process workshops (Explore), showcase SAP TM solution capabilities, gather requirements, design solution end-to-end, identify RICEFs, quantify the deliverables and produce a plan
of SAP TM implementation, Testing, & Go-Live Support
Expert with ability to configure SAP TM (Basic & Advanced) with integration to SAP eWM, OTC/SD, MM & 3rd party software solutions as required
Experienced with hands on experience of configuration and designing solution on SAP TM using sub-modules - Transportation Planning, Freight Order Management, Carrier Selection, Freight Cost Calculation, Charge Management, Freight Settlement, Multi-modal Support, Route Optimization, Load Optimization, Scheduling, Resource Management, Integration with
SAP Modules like SD, MM, EWM
Ability to lead offshore team through solution delivery, testing and go-live
Ability to work with other valuestreams - OTC, eWM, RTR, etc. on cross functional topics for end-to-end solution delivery
Good to Have - SAP TM Certification
