Key Responsibilities
Analytics & Reporting
Develop clear, compelling
Power BI dashboards and reports
that accelerate business decisions.
Analyze operational and business data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Translate business questions into analytical approaches by forming hypotheses and validating them with data.
Detect anomalies and inconsistencies, validate data quality, and partner with teams to resolve root causes.
Data Quality & Insights
Clean, organize, and maintain datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Define metrics and streamline reporting processes.
Deliver insights tailored to diverse audiences including teammates, stakeholders, and leadership.
Collaboration & Communication
Partner cross-functionally with operators, internal customers, and leadership.
Communicate findings clearly and effectively, adjusting messaging based on audience.
Contribute innovative, practical solutions to real-world operational challenges.
Required Qualifications
Strong experience building and maintaining
Power BI dashboards
Connecting to multiple data sources
Managing refresh schedules
Publishing and sharing reports with appropriate access controls
Advanced
Excel skills
(data cleaning, organizing, table management)
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Ability to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and explain findings in plain language
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High ownership mindset with curiosity and persistence
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with
Databricks
Running notebooks/jobs
Working with tables and visualizations
Troubleshooting job/refresh issues
Experience with
Power Apps, Power Automate, or Copilot agents
Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
