Unit Controller Position
The Unit Controller position will support Aramarks financial planning services by assisting in the continuous improvement of business and financial processes.
Compensation Data
The salaried rate for this position is $70,000.00 to $80,000.00, which is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
Work closely with the FP&A Director.
As the main lead within the FP&A Centre of Excellence team, optimally complete the reporting cycles; monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation of actuals, forecast and plan across Northern Europe.
Coordinate results around reporting cycles including monthly commentary.
Contribute towards improvement of the Management Information for Northern Europe.
Supervise the preparation of analysis to support understanding of actual results.
Work closely with the various functional managers in supporting efficiency analysis and recommendations.
Proactively lead on continuous development of current reports and analysis.
Support the FP&A Director with coordination and improvement of the annual plan process.
Work with business leaders to understand information needs and requirements.
Ensure alignment of financial figures between local IBM systems and Hyperion Reporting (Corporate reporting).
Ensure appropriate variance analysis is carried out in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Qualified Accountant.
A proven ability in a similar role, and experience in an FP&A environment is an advantage.
Big 4 background is desirable.
Able to spot and clearly articulate identified trends and their impact on business performance.
Have analytical skills with attention to detail.
Advanced Excel and modelling including VBA.
Experience using tools such as IBM Planning Analytics/TM1, BI, Tableau.
Have experience in a fast‑paced environment.
Be able to deliver on reporting deadlines to a corporate head office.
