Lead Business Systems Analyst - EDW (Snowflake, AWS)
Location:
Columbus, OH (Hybrid - Onsite 2-3 days/week)
We're supporting our client's Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) initiative - a high-impact transformation project within a Fortune 500 healthcare & life sciences organization. The Lead Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will play a key role in defining data requirements, mapping source-to-target integrations, and partnering with engineering and product teams to deliver scalable data solutions in Snowflake/AWS environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead business and data analysis efforts for EDW projects.
Drive requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders and SMEs.
Create detailed
data mapping and source-to-target documentation .
Collaborate with data engineers and architects to ensure alignment with enterprise data standards.
Support UAT and validation of data pipelines and integrations.
Mentor and guide junior BSAs on the project team.
Required Skills:
5-8+ years as a
Business Systems Analyst
with strong data background.
Experience with
Snowflake
and
AWS S3
platforms.
Solid understanding of
data modeling
(Erwin or equivalent tools).
Strong SQL skills and ability to analyze large datasets.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred:
Experience in the
Financial Services or Banking
domain.
Exposure to enterprise data warehousing (EDW) best practices.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
