In an Oracle Environment
Any of the following: SQL Loader, FTP Secure, Perl, Jav or XML
End Client- UPS
Job Description: PL/SQL Lead Technical Specialist.
Location: Hybrid from Alpharetta, GA Office - 3 Days a week
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Experience in root cause analysis and problem solving in complex application.
Moderate knowledge of Oracle DBMS concepts.
Ability to write and debug complex SQLs.
Expert level skills in PL/SQL programming.
Experience in data warehousing and ETL is a plus.
Experience using SQLLDR, FTP Secure and Perl will be helpful.
Performance tuning skills will be a definite plus.
Adequate skills in Linux shell scripting.
Strong analytical skills.
Good oral and written communication.
Working knowledge of Java and/or XML will be useful.
Mandatory:
SQL, PLSQL Programming, Oracle DBMS, Linux Shell Scripting
Desired Skills:
Data Warehousing and ETL, Basis of XML
