Healthcare Controller & FP&A Lead (Workday ERP, Grants)

Southwest Care Center is seeking an experienced full-time Healthcare Controller to oversee financial planning and analysis across locations in Santa Fe and Albuquerque. The ideal candidate should have over 8 years of financial leadership, preferably in a healthcare environment, and experience with Workday Finance or similar ERP systems. This role includes audit support and departmental cross-training responsibilities. A full benefits package is offered.
