HR Generalist
vacancy.

Responsibilities and priorities include:
Process payroll, timekeeping, and benefits in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Administer employee leaves (FMLA, disability), ensuring documentation, communication, and pay accuracy.
Manage benefits enrollment, system audits, and payroll deductions through HRIS and vendor platforms.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personnel records.
Respond to employee inquiries and assist with employee relations matters.
Lead full‑cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles—partnering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, facilitating interviews, and managing offers and onboarding.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies throughout the hiring process.
Support HR investigations, employee events, and other administrative projects as needed.
Requirements:
Associate’s Degree or HR Certification
1+ years of HR experience, preferably within manufacturing/warehousing/distribution environments
Recruiting experience, preferably end‑to‑end for hourly vacancies
Compensation:
Base salary of $70,000 to $100,000 plus Annual Bonus eligibility
