* Experience with API concepts (e.g., REST vs SOAP)
* Moderate DB skills (queries, tuning, optimization)
* Hands on TIBCO BW 5.x and EMS
* Java language experience (we have Java code invoked from TIBCO)
• Experienced Tibco Developer, but not lead and not junior.
• No one who has already interviewed with Concentra in past year.
