Program Manager
The role of the Program Manager is to independently design, plan, and execute the full lifecycle of startup accelerator programs and medium-scale events. This role combines strategic program design with hands‑on operational excellence to ensure high-quality delivery across the global Plug and Play landscape.
Duties and responsibilities:
Run and continuously improve a flagship international project delivered in partnership with a global technology leader, taking into account financial and timeline constraints.
Be responsible for formal reporting on program activities and KPIs.
Be responsible for task tracking and follow-up across the team to ensure deadlines are met and nothing falls through the cracks.
Build and manage strong relationships with mentors, investors, and corporate partners and leverage the local dual use ecosystem to create opportunities and growth for dual use companies.
Act as a mentor for startups, helping teams mature and succeed within the program.
Oversee the organisation of small and medium size events such as kick off events, local demo day, roundtables and “speed dating” sessions.
Our requirements
Fluent in English
2 years of working experience
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Willingness to travel at least twice a year
High knowledge and ability to use various computer tools (G-suite, Zoom, Eventbrite, Keynote)
Ability to work in a small and dynamic team
Ability to multitask and manage priorities
Good interpersonal skills
Rigor in work & Reactivity
Startup and entrepreneurial affinity
