Qualifications:
• Experience in ServiceNow IRM implementation
• Experience in working in IRM domain out of which some experience in the role of IRM Architect
• Experience in ServiceNow IRM design of ServiceNow IRM model, plugins, and accelerators.
• Should have worked extensively on ServiceNow Integrations with other external systems
• Knowledge of one or more of the following: HTML/CSS, AJAX, Jelly, JSON, AngularJS.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - IRM
• Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk and Compliance.
• Certified Implementation Specialist - Vendor Risk Management
• Understanding of various regulations like GDPR, ISO etc. (Good to have)
Responsibilities:
• Extensive experience in ServiceNow technology
• ServiceNow platform, specifically with FSO and CSM involving Financial Service Data Model
• ServiceNow scripting experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML and REST/SOAP Web.
• Experience of Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions and all scripted aspects of ServiceNow.
• Experience working with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools in a virtual environment.
• Experience of ServiceNow solution Implementation (configuration and customization) experience
