Responsibilities
Billing of all wholesales and dealer trades
Process all title work for wholesales and dealer trades
Process all vehicle purchases including issuing payment and verifying receipt of title
Follow up with lienholders for title lien release status
Communicate daily with auctions/dealers with updates on title/MSO status
Stock in all new rental vehicles and process tag/registration paperwork
Responsible for all dealer tags and yearly renewal
Work under pressure in a fast paced, high-volume atmosphere
Ability to multitask regarding accounting responsibilities and business requirements as assigned
Review and verify documents, records and files for accuracy and completeness
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficient in computer applications and basic math
Previous dealership title/DMV experience required
