Are you passionate about emergency medicine? Midwest Animal Hospital is expanding in 2026 to launch a comprehensive 24‑hour Emergency & Critical Care service, and we’re seeking skilled, dedicated Emergency Veterinarians to join us at the ground level.

Comprehensive Services: Our busy hospital offers a full spectrum of general practice care, including preventative medicine, dental care, reproduction, acupuncture, rehabilitation, soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, boarding, grooming, and daycare.

Flexible Scheduling
Choose from 3x12 or 4x10‑hour shifts with a mix of day, swing, and overnight options—no mandatory overnight‑only schedules unless you want them! Typically 2 weekends/month with options for 1. We build schedules thoughtfully, with days off to recover between night and day shifts.
Competitive Compensation
ProSal Model with base ranges of $140k–$150k for new grads and $160k–$175k+ for experienced ER vets. Plus, a $20k+ sign‑on bonus, relocation assistance, and student loan repayment options.
Advanced Resources
Access cutting‑edge diagnostics and surgical tools, including digital radiology, CT scan, ultrasound with certified techs, endoscopy, and laser therapy.
Professional Growth

Your Role
Perform hands‑on emergency medicine and soft tissue surgery cases like GDVs, foreign body removals, splenectomies, lacerations, and amputations.
