We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate
Registered Nurse (RN)
to join our
Observation Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
team for a dynamic night shift assignment. This is a high-impact role designed for nurses who thrive in fast-paced environments and excel in delivering short-term, high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in observation status, focusing on rapid assessment, stabilization, and discharge readiness
Monitor and manage patients with orthopedic and medical-surgical needs
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure efficient patient throughput
Deliver patient-centered care while maintaining high clinical standards
Qualifications
Active
RN license (Arizona or compact state)
Orthopedic experience required
Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage multiple patient cases
Flexibility to work
weekends and holidays as required
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
