Working at Pineville’s Newest Oncology/Med/Surg unit means joining a new unit that offers the opportunity to grow with a team from the ground up! Our population consist of Oncology, GI, respiratory, cardiac, diabetes, and short stay surgeries such as, cholecystectomies, and appendectomies. You name it, we see it! Caring for our Oncology/medical/surgical population will provide our nursing team with a robust and diverse skillset that gives nurses confidence in any setting. We will value Shared Governance through our newly created Unit Practice Council, encourage the pursuit of Clinical Ladder Advancement, pursue professional certification, and strive to grow a strong unit culture of teamwork, commitment, integrity, and caring.
Expectations We’re Looking For
Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
