Responsibilities
Conduct accident, incident, and near-miss investigations in a timely manner and present root cause findings to the Safety Committee
Review and approve daily safety paperwork from jobsites
Assist with new hire safety orientations and ongoing field technician training
Support compliance with regulatory training requirements
Maintain PPE and safety equipment inventory alongside the Inventory Coordinator
Assist the Safety & Training Manager with the safe driver and competent person programs
Serve on the Safety Committee and collaborate with leadership to uphold the company's safety culture
Skills / Must Haves
2+ years' experience in a construction, utility, or manufacturing environment
Working knowledge of OSHA 1926/1910 standards
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High School Diploma (CSP certification a plus)
