36–48 hrs/week
Rotating D/E/N shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Weekends, holidays, floating, on-call/callback, and charge per unit needs
Position Summary & Responsibilities
Provide nursing care for orthopedic trauma, spine surgery, and elective ortho cases
Monitor, assess, and document patient status in Level 1 trauma environment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support safe patient outcomes
Requirements
Active NY RN License (required)
Minimum 2 years nursing experience
Orthopedic experience (required)
Telemetry experience (required)
BLS & ACLS certifications (AHA only)
Unit Overview
