Large Load and Contracts Administration Manager

As Georgia Power experiences remarkable economic expansion and unprecedented load growth, the Large Load Administration Manager will play a vital, forward‑thinking leadership role. This position places you at the forefront of defining and shaping innovative processes and workflows required to execute and administer dynamic pricing strategies for our largest customers.

In this role, you will drive the development and oversight of new, advanced processes ensuring that large load contracts are executed accurately and managed efficiently. Your leadership will be key to mitigating risks, delivering robust reporting, and maintaining strong compliance standards. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate and engage with cross‑functional teams across the organization, fostering partnerships that advance business objectives and fuel growth.

As the leader of the Customer Contracting function, you will assume ownership of all pricing contracts—including those for large loads. Your responsibilities will encompass the end‑to‑end execution, administration, and stewardship of contracts and the critical documentation of pricing agreements with our valued customers.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or technical field required

Advanced degree a plus

Experience with Pricing & Rates, Legal, Supply Chain, Costing, Economic Analysis, Finance/Accounting, Technology, Customer Experience, or related functions required

Demonstrated leadership experience is preferred

Strong project management experience required; regulatory processes is a plus

Strong communication and presentation skills required – both internal and external audiences including regular interaction with senior executives

Knowledge of GPC business fundamentals, tariffs, rates, rules and regulations, pricing programs, and practices is a plus

Strong analytical skills to evaluate progress, identify problem areas, evaluate alternatives and determine viable solutions required

Major Job Responsibilities

Manage and develop a team of analysts, including performance management and daily work direction

Enhance and develop new processes and work flows to appropriately manage contract preparation, reviews, execution, documentation, governance, compliance, tracking, and controls

Maintain appropriate controls, best practices, process documentation, knowledge sharing, and backup coverage on manager and analyst responsibilities

Cultivate team culture that focuses on providing insights to drive decisions, collaborating to innovate, and protecting to mitigate risk

Manage across functions and departments for the timely and accurate development of contracts

Partner with Pricing Policy/Territorial Affairs Manager to ensure regulatory compliance and approvals

Lead and participate in rate case development, including strategy development, analyses, testimony, data requests, exhibits, and other requirements, as well as providing support for other regulatory filings (IRP, Fuel Cases, others). Also support leadership on special projects and initiatives
