In this role, you will lead all plant operations with full accountability for safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance
Moreover, you will develop and execute site strategy, aligning production, capacity, and resources with business objectives
You will own workforce strategy across the plant, including organizational design, staffing, and overtime optimization
You will lead and develop managers and supervisors, building leadership capability and succession pipelines
Further, you will apply, own, and drive the Lean Production System across the site, embedding a lean-forward culture, eliminating waste, and ensuring sustained adoption of continuous improvement and standard work practices
You will manage plant financial performance, including budget ownership, cost control, and productivity improvements
Also, you will lead cross-functional alignment and transformation initiatives, while executing additional responsibilities based on business needs

PhD with 5+ years of related experience, OR Master’s degree with 8+ years, OR Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years, OR 16+ years of directly related manufacturing experience
You have proven experience leading large-scale manufacturing operations with full accountability for safety, quality, delivery, and cost
Demonstrated success leading leaders and building high-performing leadership teams
In addition, you have strong expertise in Lean Production System principles, with the ability to apply, own, and drive enterprise-level improvements and cultural adoption
Strong financial and business acumen, including budget and cost management
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional influence skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
You have demonstrated leadership behaviors including humility, transparency, accountability, and continuous learning
