Position Summary
We are seeking a hands‑on IT Engineer with strong Azure and Microsoft 365 experience to support, secure, and improve our cloud and end‑user technology environment. This role manages day‑to‑day Microsoft 365 administration, selected Azure services, escalated troubleshooting, and technical improvement initiatives in partnership with the IT Manager. The ideal candidate is technically strong, service‑oriented, security‑minded, and comfortable translating business needs into stable, supportable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
Helpdesk support
Production Support (Experience supporting IT systems within an automotive manufacturing or production floor environment.)
Required Qualifications
4+ years of hands‑on IT engineering, systems administration, or cloud infrastructure experience.
2+ years administering Microsoft 365 and Azure in a production environment.
Strong experience with Entra ID/Azure AD, Exchange Online, Teams and Intune.
Working knowledge of networking, storage, virtual machines, monitoring, and backup.
Experience providing IT support to an office environment as well as production floor.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, plus strong documentation and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft certifications such as AZ‑104, MS‑102, SC‑300, MD‑102, or equivalent.
Experience with hybrid identity, Entra Connect / Azure AD Connect.
Familiarity with ITIL practices, ticketing systems, change management, backup and disaster recovery, or vendor management.
