Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Project Manager (f/m/div) for the development of sophisticated ASICs for consumer electronics products. You will lead technically complex projects, manage international teams, and work closely with external partners, including semiconductor foundries.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a cross‑functional, international team, fostering a collaborative environment
Act as a central contact person and coordinate tasks with internal and external stakeholders, including foundry business partners
Strategically manage project resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure every project is optimized for success
Take ownership for targets with respect to scope, time, quality and budget within the dedicated projects
Receive support from management and relevant stakeholders to secure resources for successful project steering
Qualifications
Personality:
Enthusiastic and creative team player, willingness to work in an international and interdisciplinary environment, assertive and analytical
Working Style:
Quality oriented, independent working style; clear and stakeholder‑oriented communication
Experience and Knowledge:
Deep knowledge of mixed‑signal ASIC design and semiconductor processes required; minimum 5 years of professional experience in IC development and several years of experience leading teams in technical projects
Languages:
Proficient English (C1) and advanced German (B1) language skills desirable
Education:
M.Sc. / Dipl.-Ing. in Electrical Engineering / Physics or comparable qualification
