Wastewater Treatment Plant Operations Lead

Water Environment Federation is seeking an Assistant WWTP Superintendent in Pueblo, Colorado. This exempt position reports to the WWTP Superintendent and is responsible for overseeing the operation of the Water Reclamation Facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supervising operations employees. The ideal candidate should have an Associate degree in a related field, possess or be able to obtain a Colorado Class A Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator’s Certificate, and have significant experience in wastewater treatment. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
