Responsibilities
Oversee the daily clinical operations of the assigned nursing unit
Supervise, support, and mentor LPNs and CNAs on the unit
Ensure residents receive high-quality nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
Complete and review documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations
Participate in care plan meetings and collaborate with other departments to support resident needs
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
Address staff concerns and help maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
Active
Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of New Jersey
Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred
Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
