Position Overview
A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Manufacturing Process Engineer to support and optimize production operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, improving processes, and ensuring consistency and quality in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead engineering activities related to manufacturing processes
Develop and execute trial plans for new materials
Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and audit documentation
Ensure process accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across production lines
Qualify new materials and update specifications for product development
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and take on additional responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
General knowledge of manufacturing processes, concepts, and procedures
Strong attention to detail with a focus on continuous improvement
Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently
Preferred
Experience in a production or manufacturing environment
Familiarity with SolidWorks
Understanding of industry standards such as ASME, ASTM, and ANSI
