Join us as we help people all over the world thrive at work.**Global Experiences & Cash Cards Associate Buyer**The Global Experience Purchasing Associate Buyer is an analytical, growth‐oriented role that supports in the merchandising and procurement of products and experiences that elevate award quality, customer experience, and client value. This position is ideal for a detail‐driven professional who enjoys working with data, building accurate models, and developing toward increased ownership in buying, supplier management, and assortment strategy.This role offers **growth potential**, with increasing responsibility for data analysis, supplier performance, and merchandising decision support as skills and experience develop.**Core Responsibilities*** Analyze and manage **complex data sets in Excel** to build and maintain front‐end catalog materials for reward redemption. Ensure exceptional levels of **data accuracy, auditing, and quality control**, recognizing that data integrity directly impacts client and customer experience.* Support **inventory planning and forecasting**, partnering with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure on‐time delivery. Collect, validate, and reconcile supplier invoices.* Own day‐to‐day **vendor communication**, gathering and maintaining accurate product and service information including pricing, availability, lead times, and delivery schedules.* Track, analyze, and report on **supplier performance and compliance**, including quality standards, pricing accuracy, shipping requirements, and adherence to contractual terms and conditions.* Collaborate cross‐functionally and internationally to identify opportunities for **process improvement**, increased efficiency, and stronger purchasing systems and controls.* Support **merchandising and assortment decisions** by identifying market trends, analyzing sell‐through performance, evaluating market pricing, and assisting with brand and category management.* Source products and services at the **best overall value**, balancing cost, quality, reliability, urgency, and long‐term supplier partnerships.* Stay informed on **retail trends, supply chain practices, and industry best practices**, applying insights to improve purchasing and merchandising outcomes.* Provide backup coverage for team members during absences and assist with additional responsibilities as business needs evolve.* Participate in **supplier meetings or tradeshows** as required (travel may be required).**Knowledge & Skills*** Strong foundation in **merchandising and assortment support*** Advanced **data analysis and Excel proficiency**, with the ability to work confidently with large, complex data sets* High attention to **detail, accuracy, and data validation*** Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing, and negotiation skills* Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a fast‐paced environment* Customer‐focused mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a **global, cross‐cultural environment*** Demonstrated **continuous improvement and growth mindset**, with interest in expanding analytical and buying responsibilities over time* Commitment to living and demonstrating company culture and values**Experience & Education*** Bachelor’s degree* Proficiency in **Microsoft Office applications**; experience with **Tableau and/or AI‐assisted data modeling** strongly preferred* ERP system experience (**SAP preferred**)* Prior experience in **procurement, purchasing, or negotiation** preferred*This role is designed for an individual who wants to grow into broader buying, analytical, and supplier‐management responsibilities while developing deep expertise in data accuracy, merchandising support, and value‐driven purchasing.***Benefits*** Full Medical and Dental Benefits Effective on Day 1* 4 Weeks PTO* 11 Paid Holidays* Annual Bonus* Onsite Health Clinic, Gym and Subsidized Cafe* Generous 401k Match + Profit Sharing* Tuition Reimbursement* Paid Maternity and Paternity Leave* Wellness Program* Dependent Scholarship Program**Schedule*** Hybrid: In office Monday-Wednesday, and optional remote Thursday-Friday.
