A high-growth, private equity–backed organization is hiring a newly created FP&A Manager to partner closely with leadership and sponsors. This role is highly visible, analytical, and hands‑on, with ownership of financial modeling, forecasting, and board‑level reporting as the company scales through acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis
Own board decks and monthly reporting packages
Serve as FP&A partner to executive leadership and PE sponsors
Consolidate data across multiple ERP systems
Support growth initiatives, including M&A and integration efforts
What We’re Looking For
Strong technical FP&A background (modeling, forecasting, analytics)
Experience in a PE‑backed or sponsor‑facing environment
Comfortable presenting to executives and investors
Systems‑savvy (ERP, Planful, Excel, BI tools)
Thrives in fast‑paced, evolving environments
