Concrete Laborer
Join our team as a Concrete Laborer where you will assist with concrete forming, pouring, finishing, and curing. You will be responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting materials, tools, and equipment, setting up and stripping concrete forms and rebar, and assisting skilled tradespeople and finishers as needed. Safety is our top priority, and we expect all team members to follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
Responsibilities
Assist with concrete forming, pouring, finishing, and curing.
Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
Set up and strip concrete forms and rebar.
Assist skilled tradespeople and finishers as needed.
Operate hand and power tools safely.
Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
Essential Skills
Willingness to learn concrete techniques and industry best practices.
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting 50+ lbs, bending, and standing for long periods.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Basic knowledge of construction tools is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
