Develop test plans and procedures to evaluate components and systems within your area of specialty
Create data settings, test specifications, standards, and schedules
Prepare, set up, and operate test equipment for moderately complex tests
Conduct tests and accurately document and summarize results and conclusions
Analyze and interpret test results to predict performance or failure modes
Verify testing accuracy and determine the need for additional testing
Identify issues, develop countermeasures, and propose design improvements
Communicate findings clearly through written reports and formal presentations
Collaborate with engineering and cross‑functional teams to support design validation
What’s needed?
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
3–6 years of test engineering experience
Experience developing and executing test and confirmation activities
Strong understanding of engineering principles and analytical methods
Proficiency with test equipment, data analysis, and documentation tools
Ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail
