Our client, a leading innovator in the medical device industry, is seeking a Sr. Project Manager R&D to join their team. As a Sr. Project Manager R&D, you will be part of the Research & Development department supporting multiple business units including Infusion, Oncology, Vascular Access, and Pain Management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to project management, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Oversee complex enterprise projects across multiple facilities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, R&D, Medical, and Supply Chain to define project scope and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.
Manage project execution, monitor progress, and make adjustments to meet project milestones and quality standards.
Interface with senior management and stakeholders to provide regular updates and ensure project transparency and accountability.
What's Needed?
Minimum of 4 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in a regulated industry such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools, including Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Experience working in an FDA-regulated environment with knowledge of design control concepts and manufacturing processes.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
