Java Software Engineer
Make an impact where it matters most.
At Intelliforce, we build software that helps mission teams keep pace with evolving data and operational demands. In this role, you will join the JBlocks team to develop new capabilities that support expanding data labeling requirements across multiple domains. You will work throughout the software lifecycle, helping define, manage, and deliver features that strengthen a mission‑focused platform already in active use. This is a strong fit for an engineer who enjoys Java development, structured problem‑solving, and building capabilities that have to work in real environments.
What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out
This role gives you the chance to do more than write code. You will help shape new JBlocks capabilities from requirements through delivery, working across teams and customer spaces where clear communication and strong execution matter. The work blends Java development, baseline management, customer engagement, and full lifecycle support, so you stay close to both the engineering and the mission need behind it.
At Intelliforce, your work is visible and your impact is real. Because we support prime programs, our teams stay close to meaningful mission work with real momentum. Because we are a small business, leadership is accessible, communication is direct, and strong engineering gets noticed. Add in long‑term stability, strong benefits, and a people‑first culture, and this becomes more than another Java role. It is a chance to build and evolve capabilities that teams rely on every day.
