
Business Data Insights Analyst

The Business Data Insights Analyst will develop reports, dashboards, and self‑service tools to improve how digital performance and revenue insights are generated and scaled for data‑driven decision‑making. This role partners with marketing stakeholders to define business logic and reporting needs, delivering clear, effective visualizations and analytics solutions. Rather than one‑off reports, the focus is on building scalable systems using AI, automation, and data tools, enabling faster insights through automated pipelines, data models, and AI‑driven processes. Ideal for a technically curious candidate eager to apply AI, data, and automation in a real business environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop analytical dashboards that provide actionable insights across a range of business functions.
Incorporate visualization best practices to ensure the data is calling attention to the right information to provide insights and drive actions.
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders to distill data and reporting requirements.
Understand and anticipate the needs of business teams to determine the best approach to effectively meet those needs through data visualizations.
Partner with peer members of the analytics team in support of developing the end‑to‑end analytics solution using a modern technical stack, e.g. Snowflake, DBT, Sigma Computing.
Support real‑time dashboards and self‑serve reporting tools that reduce ad‑hoc requests.
Develop data‑driven media strategies by distilling key insights from both 1st‑party and 3rd‑party data, ensuring these strategies resonate with audience needs and drive measurable success.
Contribute ideas and experimentation around new AI tools and automation opportunities across the organization.
Successful Candidates Will Possess
Strong analytical mindset with comfort working in data‑heavy, ambiguous environments.
5+ years hands‑on experience working with BI and dashboard development, with in‑depth knowledge of visualization and business intelligence functions.
2+ years experience with analytics/visualization tools, such as Sigma Computing and Tableau. (Proven experience required)
Understanding of digital advertising metrics and delivery mechanics.
Interest or hands‑on experience with AI tools, automation, or data scripting (SQL, Python, R, or similar).
Can be highly flexible in adapting to the needs of the team and organization.
Ability to clearly communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and business stakeholders, with demonstrated written and verbal presentation skills to present compelling recommendations.
Curiosity about how AI can improve workflows, accuracy, and decision‑making—not just reporting.
Salary Range
The salary target for this role is $100,000 – $150,000+. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, in addition to our robust benefits package.
