This hybrid role supports birthing persons by providing continuous emotional, physical, and informational support before, during, and shortly after childbirth. Candidates should have a high school diploma, certification as a Labor Support Doula, and a minimum of 1 year’s experience. A reliable transport and 24/7 availability are necessary. Applicants with bilingual skills or additional certifications are preferred.
