Role Summary

This specialist ensures operational efficiency, regulatory compliance with REACH and pharmaceutical standards, and process scalability while managing safety protocols for high-pressure equipment systems.

Lead the design, optimization, and operation of supercritical CO2 extraction processes, leveraging AI-driven predictive modeling to maximize yield while ensuring strict compliance with the EU AI Act and global safety standards.

This role directly influences the company's carbon footprint and product purity, serving as the technical bridge between traditional chemical engineering and modern automated manufacturing.

Team Structure
Part of the Process Engineering Department, collaborating with Data Scientists, Quality Assurance, and Sustainability Officers.

Reports To
Director of Process Engineering.

Working Conditions
Travel required: 15% of time.

Standard day shift with occasional on-call availability during major commissioning phases.

Physical Requirements

Ability to navigate industrial plant environments, including climbing stairs and ladders.

Occasional lifting of equipment components up to 15kg.
