W e are proud to partner with the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey (PANYNJ) on high-impact infrastructure and technology initiatives. We are currently seeking talented professionals to collaborate with subject matter experts, project managers, and process owners to deliver critical projects.
Position Overview
Toll International is a New York City– based professional services firm supporting complex capital programs. We are strengthening our internal operations through automation , system integration , and data- driven workflows. This role focuses on building practical automation solutions that improve speed , consistency , and scalability across business functions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement automated workflows across business systems
Integrate platforms such as CRM, document management , and communication tools
Develop and refine AI- assisted processes for document generation and workflow support
Test, deploy , and improve automation solutions continuously
Ensure stability and consistency of automated processes
Required Qualifications
Experience with automation platforms and system integrations
Working knowledge of APIs and cross-platform workflows
Experience delivering practical automation solutions in a business environment
Strong execution mindset with ability to produce working results quickly
