Purpose of Position
As a Revenue Efficiency Team Lead at West Shore Home, you will be responsible for the Efficiency calendar and revenue for assigned regions, as well as supporting the Revenue Efficiency Coordinators’ KPI achievements. The role will conduct daily analysis to align the schedule and is responsible for ensuring jobs are progressing to install, minimizing calendar errors through a detailed auditing process, maximizing calendar efficiency, and training and developing Revenue Efficiency Coordinators through live coaching.
Key Role Accountabilities
Find opportunities to optimize resources daily to drive revenue and calendar efficiency, ultimately leading to achieving assigned regions monthly revenue targets.
Monitor Efficiency Coordinators performance against goals/objectives and provide real time feedback and coaching.
Responsible for being the last line of defense in Inside Operations by ensuring all appointments are accurate, scheduled, and confirmed with the correct customer expectations.
Support the Manager by delegating key objectives to Efficiency Coordinators daily and ongoing throughout the day.
Audit the pre-installation and installation schedule and revenue tracker for accurate information, including headcount availability, calendar blocks and revenue.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
2 years Customer Service experience preferred.
Meets all EQS expectations.
Experience and understanding of navigating all Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
