CHEP is looking for a Warehouse Shift Lead in DUNN NC who can motivate teams, drive productivity, and keep operations running smoothly. As a Shift Lead, you’ll be at the center of plant operations, partnering closely with Plant Leadership to drive results and keep the operation performing at its best. You’ll lead teams through an assigned shift, make real‐time decisions, and play a vital role in delivering exceptional performance day after day.
